This Privacy Policy explains how Pawnick Solutions ("Pawnick Solutions", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit pawnicksolutions.com, contact us, book a meeting, or buy one of our website design plans. By using our website or services you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Pawnick Solutions is a web design agency run by its owners from Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is not currently a registered company.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Order and checkout details: your name, business name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, street address, city, state/province, postal code and country.
  • Payment information: the payment method you choose and the payment proof (receipt, screenshot or transaction ID) you upload. Proofs may show your name, account or wallet details and the amount paid.
  • Enquiries: anything you send through our contact and quote forms, by email, or on WhatsApp, including voice notes and files.
  • Project material: logos, text, images, login details for domains or hosting, and other content you supply so we can build your website.
  • Meeting bookings: your name, email and any notes you enter when booking a free meeting through Calendly.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, time on site and the website you came from.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange free meetings or website concepts.
  • To process, verify and fulfil orders, including confirming your payment and starting your project.
  • To design, build, launch and support your website.
  • To send order updates, invoices, receipts and support messages.
  • To keep accounting and tax records and meet legal obligations.
  • To prevent fraud, including false payment claims, and to protect our rights.
  • To understand how our site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Payments

We accept payment by bank transfer, Monzo, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and cryptocurrency (USDT on the TRON/TRC20 network). Payments are made directly through those providers and verified manually by us. We do not run a card-payment system and we do not collect or store debit or credit card numbers on our website. Your payment is also subject to the privacy practices of the bank, wallet or network you use.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only where needed to run our business:

  • Service providers: website hosting and WordPress/Elementor tools, email, Google services (such as Search Console and Maps), Calendly for bookings, and WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging.
  • Payment providers: banks and wallets, only as part of confirming a payment you made.
  • Team members: the people working on your project.
  • Authorities and advisers: where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Some of these providers are outside Pakistan, so your information may be processed in other countries.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the website working, remember your preferences and understand traffic. Third-party tools on our site (for example Google, Calendly or embedded maps) may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work properly.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to support your website after launch and to keep the financial records the law requires. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as access controls and secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please never send us passwords through unsecured channels; ask us for a safe way to share them.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
  • stop using your information for marketing.

If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area you may also have rights under local data-protection law, such as objecting to or restricting processing and data portability. 10. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
