Pawnick Solutions sells website design and development services. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no courier or postal delivery is involved. Everything we deliver is digital and is handed over online.
1. How delivery works
- Order and payment: you choose a plan, pay, and upload your payment proof at checkout.
- Verification: we verify your payment manually and confirm by email or WhatsApp. Your project begins once payment has been verified.
- Discovery: we collect your business details, content, logo and goals.
- Design and build: we create your website and share it for your review.
- Revisions: we update the site within the number of revision rounds included in your plan.
- Launch: once you approve, we launch the website and hand over access.
2. Delivery timelines
We work to deliver your website as quickly as we can, but we do not guarantee a fixed delivery date. After your payment is verified, we will give you an estimated timeline based on your plan and project. The time needed depends on the size of your project and on how quickly you provide content, feedback and approvals. Timelines may change if you request work beyond your plan, or for reasons outside our control such as internet or hosting outages. We will keep you updated throughout.
3. What you receive
- Your completed website, built to the features listed for your plan.
- Access details or a handover of the finished site, sent by email or WhatsApp.
- Support after launch as described for your plan.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide the text, images, logo and other content for your website, or tell us if you need us to source them.
- Review drafts and give feedback promptly.
- Have the right to use everything you supply to us.
5. Delays or problems
